Ingredients 

Dressing

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Salad

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking constantly until dressing is emulsified.
  3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce and croutons.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately.
