Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar salad recipe that's easy to make at home.

Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Salad
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Slowly add olive oil while whisking constantly until dressing is emulsified.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
In a large salad bowl, combine chopped Romaine lettuce and croutons.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately.
