Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
