Ingredients

  • 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Add the soaked noodles to the wok, followed by the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
