  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
