Chilaquiles Recipe
A traditional Mexican dish made with tortilla chips simmered in salsa, topped with cheese and other delicious ingredients.

- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 2 Eggs fried or scrambled
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
- 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
- 1 Avocado sliced
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the salsa. Cook until it starts to simmer.
2. Add the tortilla chips to the skillet and stir to coat them with the salsa. Cook for a few minutes until the chips soften slightly.
3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and let it melt.
4. Top with fried or scrambled eggs, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
