Chilaquiles Recipe
A traditional Mexican dish made with tortilla chips simmered in salsa, topped with cheese and other delicious ingredients.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 2 Eggs fried or scrambled
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
- 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the salsa. Cook until it starts to simmer. 
- 2. Add the tortilla chips to the skillet and stir to coat them with the salsa. Cook for a few minutes until the chips soften slightly. 
- 3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and let it melt. 
- 4. Top with fried or scrambled eggs, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices. 
- 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
