Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
  6. 6. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
