- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped
- 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
- 1 cup Apple, chopped
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, halved grapes, chopped apple, and chopped walnuts.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
