Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Egg soft-boiled

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
  4. 4. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, julienned carrot, and sliced green onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Divide the cooked noodles into bowls, top with the chicken, sautéed vegetables, and pour over the broth.
  7. 7. Slice the soft-boiled egg in half and place on top of the ramen. Serve hot.
