- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over one half of the tortilla.
3. Add the shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and fold the tortilla in half.
5. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
7. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
