Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread Ciabatta or sourdough
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded
- 2 tablespoon Pesto
- 2 slices Cheese Mozzarella or provolone
1. Preheat the panini press.
2. Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
3. Layer chicken and cheese between the bread slices, with the pesto sides facing in.
4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
