Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
