Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Egg Noodles
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
2. Add sliced carrots and celery, cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chicken breasts to the pot. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken from the pot, shred it using two forks, and return it to the pot.
6. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
