  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  3. 3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
