Ingredients 

Steak Coating

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. 3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat again with the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove steaks from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
