  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheese.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
