Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and croutons. Toss to coat.
5. Top salad with grilled chicken slices and grated Parmesan cheese.
