Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wild Rice
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Add wild rice and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Return chicken to the pot and add heavy cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
