Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Uncooked rice
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
