Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrots, and diced celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken and corn kernels. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
