1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Add cooked fettuccine and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
