  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • ½ cup Frozen Peas
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, and cook until tender.
  2. 2. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
  3. 3. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream, cooked chicken, and peas. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve over rice or pasta.
