Ingredients

  • 2 bags black tea
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add tea bags and spices, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture.
  4. Return the strained tea to the saucepan, add milk and sugar, and heat until warm.
  5. Whisk until frothy and serve hot.
