Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 lbs flank steak

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
  2. Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
