  • 2 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
  • to taste Olive Oil drizzled
  • to taste Balsamic Vinegar drizzled
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  2. 2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them.
  3. 3. Tuck basil leaves between the slices.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
