Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 medium Cucumber julienned
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over a bamboo sushi mat.
  2. 2. Lay a sheet of nori on the plastic wrap.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the rice.
  5. 5. Flip the nori over so the rice is facing down.
  6. 6. Place a line of imitation crab, cucumber, and avocado along the bottom edge of the nori.
  7. 7. Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi tightly from the bottom to the top.
  8. 8. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
