Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Croutons
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 pieces Anchovy Fillets mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, anchovy fillets, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2. Slowly whisk in olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.
  3. 3. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with the dressing until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Add croutons and additional Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.
