- 1 lb Beef Ribeye thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- ¼ cup Pear grated
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, pear, and black pepper.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
