- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix chicken and buffalo sauce.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice, butter side down, on a skillet.
Add cheese, chicken mix, more cheese, and top with another bread slice, butter side up.
Cook until golden brown, flip, and repeat.
