Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb pork shoulder cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup corn frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup lima beans frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, shredded chicken, and shredded pork. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, barbecue sauce, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the pot. Stir well.
  3. 3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and let the stew simmer for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
