Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Recipe
A delicious and sweet bubble tea with brown sugar and chewy tapioca pearls.

- ½ cup Tapioca Pearls
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat.
4. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two glasses. Add ice if desired.
5. Pour milk over the tapioca pearls. Stir and enjoy!
