  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Crushed crackers for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
