- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Crushed crackers for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
