Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion diced
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cauliflower, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
