Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 4 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. 4. Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the pot. Scramble until cooked.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
