- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Place the corned beef brisket in a Dutch oven.
Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, water, brown sugar, mustard, and black pepper.
Bring to a simmer on the stovetop over medium heat.
Cover and transfer to the preheated oven.
