- 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well-coated.
4. Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
