Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Corn canned or frozen
- 1 unit Egg beaten
1. In a bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until thick and pasty.
2. Add the bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
3. Stir in the corn and beaten egg until well combined.
4. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
