- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
3. Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a hot skillet.
4. Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
