Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs beaten

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and yeast.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter, and salt until warm. Add to flour mixture along with beaten eggs. Beat until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.
