- 1 lb Beef tips
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; cook until softened.
5. Return beef to skillet, add beef broth, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
