Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
  3. 3. Push the onions and mushrooms to the side of the skillet. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to combine. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
