Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 4 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
