Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large Red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
Marinade
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Add beef cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 
- Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient. 
- Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness. 
- Serve hot and enjoy!
