Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large Red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
Marinade
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Add beef cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
Serve hot and enjoy!
