Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic sandwich from Buffalo, New York, featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck rolls
- 1 cup Beef au jus
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Warm the roast beef in the au jus.
Slice the kummelweck rolls and spread horseradish on the bottom half.
Place the warmed roast beef on the rolls and top with the other half of the roll.
Serve with extra au jus for dipping.
