- 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
1. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Add the beef slices to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
