  • 2 lbs Country Style Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  4. After 1 hour, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for another hour.
  6. Remove from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then serve.
