- 2 lbs Country Style Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
After 1 hour, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and wrap them in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for another hour.
Remove from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then serve.
