  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
