Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Codfish cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 Potatoes peeled and diced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add red bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, fish stock, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  6. Add codfish chunks and simmer for another 10 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
