- 1 unit Pie crust pre-made or homemade
- 4 unit Eggs
- 1 cup Milk or cream
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Vegetables optional, chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk (or cream).
4. Stir in the cheese, vegetables (if using), salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
