Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork ribs
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and grill for 5-10 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
