- 2 racks Pork ribs
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and grill for 5-10 minutes on each side.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
