Main Ingredients
- 4 Baguettes
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 Daikon radish julienned
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Jalapeño sliced
- 1 cup Cilantro fresh
1. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Marinate pork in the mixture for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the pork until done.
4. Slice baguettes and spread mayonnaise on each side.
5. Layer pork, cucumber, carrot, daikon, jalapeño, and cilantro inside the baguettes.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
